This event is about celebrating all that has been achieved so far in making Herefordshire dementia friendly. This conference will help our community reflect on experiences so far and help identify how we can achieve even more. Participants will hear from a range of people, including people affected by dementia, about the Herefordshire Dementia Strategy, our Dementia Friendly Communities, Meeting Centres and a range of other county-wide initiatives. In the afternoon they will have the opportunity to input ideas into the workshops and help shape future strategy and initiatives. A dementia awareness session will be available at the end of the conference for those who have not yet attended one. The event is free – please book your place here .
